Breakfast...
Lunch was at  Panache, where I enjoyed the Hummus $7..
and Baby Spinach Salad with Warm Dijon Vinaigrette and Wild Mushrooms $7. I'm pretty positive this wasn't vegan even though I asked the waitress if there was meat or cheese in it. The dressing appeared very creamy.
Mr. SV made Spaghetti for dinner (I add the TJ's Meatless Meatballs)...
Methinks the blog is in dire need of some critter pics. That will be my goal for tomorrow.

Ooooh I vote for critter pics too! The hummus looks yummy but that is really annoying about the salad. What if you had an allergy? That stuff drives me nuts. Mr. SV did a nice job on the spaghetti and you are clearly a great team because your meal was complete with the addition of the TJs meatless meatballs :)

A light lunch but it looks delicious. Bummer if it wasn't vegan, although dijon can make a pretty creamy dressing.
I request the barn cats! Donovan, be still my heart.

I bet a Warm Dijon Vinaigrette could be made without dairy - let's just assume it was! It is definitely spaghetti with meatless balls weather.

Woo hoo! Can't wait to see the animals!

Lunch looks good; I like the idea of dijon vinaigrette and mushrooms; what kind of wild mushrooms were they?

Looking forward to the critters tomorrow.

Hey Now!!!

VaVa, I was thinking the same thing about having an allergy. I was mad, but doubt I'll go back anyway.

FF, gorgeous Donovan was very cooperative today.

Ingrid, ha! Fortunately, the Salad was very lightly dressed as well.

Rose, I don't know what kind of Mushrooms they were. Probably just Cremini/Baby Portobello.

Miss Rachel, the critter pics always bring the comments.

Dijon vinegrette when made well is a very "creamy" dressing, hopefully the waitress was right...
Those tj's meatless balls are a food group for me! I flopped them into tomato soup the other day which was kind of brilliant... Even got a few omni people to try them and they were a big hit :)
