WTF Wednesday

Lunch was a Wegman's Everything Bagel with Whole Food's Red Pepper Hummus. Olives on the side. It was suggested that I need a Pickle Chip intervention.
Tofurky Kielbasa and Blessed Mama's Kale with Criminis and Tomatoes for dinner.
The last piece of Sarah Kramer's Like a Virgin Cherry Pie for dessert. Yes, I ate the entire pie myself.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

I've really been wanting a bagel lately. That looks awesome with the hummus on it.

Love all those olives!

I made BlessedMama's kale/crimini/tomato recipe too! It was delish! Loved it! I bet it goes perfectly with the Tofurky sausages.

The kale and shrooms recipe also caught my attention, but I haven't made it yet. You and Rose are too quick!

I haven't had a bagel in a while...sounds so good with that huumus on it!

I'm going to have to try BlessedMama's kale and shrooms recipe as soon as I get some more shrooms! Thanks for that reminder. :o)
