It's All Good

Due to a "severe weather alert", I came thisclose to not going into work today . I decided that lunch would have to be guaranteed delicious if I survived driving through a monsoon just to sit in my cube. Hummus wrapped with Romaine, Roma Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, Green Peppers, Red Onion and Vinaigrette from Cafesano. Guaranteed delicious.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

It looks like our storm made it your way-Sorry....It looks like your yummy food was worth the risk of getting out in the monsoon.

Wow, I miss a couple of days and discover that you tried out my kale dish! Hope you liked it. I also like the wrap you had; it's good to know it's monsoon-worthy.

Surviving a monsoon to sit in your cube: very dedicated and deserving of that wrap. It looks so good!

I'm glad you survived the monsoon, so you could have that delicious looking wrap!
You're going to force me to make some of those peanut butter cups by showing them so often. :o)

You have me stumped about the Junior Mints. I thought they were vegan - I know my former favorite, York Peppermint Patty, contains egg white. I found 2 references online - one lists gelatin in the ingredients and one says no gelatin. Neither is from the real ingredient list. I threw out the box - will have to check it out next time I am at the store!

Thanks, Ladies!!!

I agree, I am really eating great stuff lately!

Susan, Junior Mints are my favorite. If they were vegan that would be the greatest news in the whole world. I will check out a box at the store tomorrow.
