Same Old Good Old

Lunch was Wegman's Salad Bar with Goddess Dressing. I enjoyed this article about maximizing salad bar intake over wallet output. The comments section has some tips as well.
Tofurky Kielbasa Sandwich with lots of Dijon Mustard for Dinner.
A Potato Chip Cookie for dessert.
Snap Dragon Red Wine.

I enjoyed reading the salad bar strategy article...but sometimes the heavy stuff like cucumber, beets, etc are difficult to resist.

I saw that article and immediately thought of you. I'm glad you saw it - but I think sometimes it's best to get what you want instead of maximizing your dollar. He did allow for the light raw mushrooms, which I see you enjoying frequently.

Hello, Ladies!!!

Glad you all enjoyed the Salad/Article. Or at least said you did

Michelle1, I looked up 'shiesty' and do see that it is a legitimate word. Three Scrabble points for you as well as lots of water-laden vegetables.

Jessica, I knew you would think of me when you saw the article. It's the first thing I thought of when I saw it. "Oh Jessica knows I'm reading this!"
