Lunch was the Veggie Bowl from Counter. A 1/3 pound Veggie Burger on a bed of Organic Greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Bean & Corn Salsa & Black Olives. The salad was great, but the 'burger' was mediocre. This is the last time I try that place. Three strikes and they're out!
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz57, Roasted Asparagus and a Baked Potato with Sour Supreme and Bac'Uns.
Dessert was a few Uncle Eddie's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Lots of Black Swan Cabernet.

"A 1/3 pound Veggie Burger" that is so cool sounding, too bad it didnt taste that great, seems like that place is seriously lacking in flavor. those cookies keep looking better and better, they look just like chips ahoy (the chunk kind which was of course my fav)

I wish it was as good as it sounded & looks. Keep an eye out for Uncle Dave's Cookies. They may show up around your lake one of these days...
