Lunch was the full-size Grilled Vegetable Salad from California Pizza Kitchen. Yes, that mess below is a salad and a darned delicious one at that! The Grilled Asparagus, Japanese Eggplant, Zucchini, Green Onions and Roasted Corn are served separately. You dump them over a bed of Romaine Lettuce, Fresh Avocado and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette is the dressing.

I get that same salad when I go to CPK. So good! The full sized is a must!
