"good for you showing them that vegan sandwiches are in demand"
def with ya on that!
Where in Va do you live? I recognize that mock-tuna salad brand, so I'm thinking we must be near each other! I live on Bull Run mountain, close-ish to Haymarket. Do you happen to be going to the big Whole Foods in Fair Lakes?
Ok, so you know I'm jealous of your WFH Wednesdays! Does the tuna salad taste seaweedy?
Hello, Ladies!
Michelle, ummm, it was Tuna Salad not Egg Salad, but yeah okay...hmmm....
Marja, we live halfway between Leesburg & Winchester right off Route 7. I've been to that Whole Foods at Fair Lakes (even saw Emeril there a few times) but usually I go to the Reston location.
Rose, only you would understand the need for WFH. The office has been so toxic this week, I could see myself getting a terminal disease from the poison.
Neat, that is pretty close. I'm off of 15 between Leesburg and Haymarket. Closer to Haymarket. I've never been to the Reston Whole Foods, but if they have vegan sandwiches they must be awesome/big. A few years ago I lived with my Grandma in Vienna and the WF there hardly has any vegan stuff at all! They're the only place I can find nutritional yeast, though. They don't sell it in Fair Lakes! Weird, huh? Haha, enough about the grocery store...
Marja, I'm not touting the Reston location of Whole Foods. It's small, the parking lot is always jammed with minivans and the aisles are congested/narrow. It's just convenient from my work. The last couple months they've suddenly kicked the vegan prepared foods options in high gear. I have no idea why, but I'm certainly enjoying it!
