Lunch was some steamed Vegetables off Wegman's hot bar as well as a bowl of Moroccan Chickpea and Lentil Stew...
Dinner was Boca Burgers w/Daiya on Ezekiel Whole Wheat, Bread & Butter Pickles and Tater Tots.Instead of a sweet dessert, I had some Club Crackers and TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter.
A $5 bottle of Estrella Merlot to wash it all down with.
