Chipotle & Chickpea Cutlets

Working on a new PC tonight, so I'm keeping today's eats short & sweet. Lunch was a Burrito Bowl from Chipotle.Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with Mustard & Caper Sauce and a Baked Sweet Potato.

Dessert was more Rice Dream Mudd Pie...
Lots of Black Swan Shiraz Merlot.
