An Over-Exposed Food Day

I don't know why my pics came out so bright today. Anyway, lunch was the last three Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes...
Dinner was Toasted Joes. My sole purpose for making this recipe was to see if it actually fed five hungry vegans. The answer: YES! I was satisfied to consume 1/5 of the recipe. Turned out to be pretty darn tasty as well.
Dessert was three vegan cookies.
Lots of Little Penguin Cabernet Sauvignon.

I just ate minutes ago but thinking about Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes, Toasted Joes, and those cookies made me just go look in the fridge to see if we have the stuff to make them right now! Crab cakes are the only thing I get cravings for every once and awhile but your tempeh cakes look and sound sooo good. And by the way yes, I am the lucky guy that married Marissa. She talks alot about you, the food looks great though. My mouth is watering
