A Delicious Day

Lunch was three Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes...
Dinner was Classic Broccoli Quiche and Swiss Chard. I'm pretty late to the game on these PPK recipes. This one was another winner, obviously.
Dessert was the last of the Irene's Apricot Tarts.
Lots of Frontera Shiraz. See you tomorrow!

The food looks gorgeous and delicious. The sauce on the cakes looks really yummy...did you put capers in?

The quiche looks marvelous too. I can see why you say you had a delicious day for sure.

Rose, yes, the recipe for remoulade does contain capers. It's really good. I hope you try it.

That quiche looks to die for. I've only tried a handful of PPK recipes, without fail though! I may need to find a reason to try this.. did it reheat well?
