It Is Very Bright In My House

I sure wish I knew how to operate a camera correctly. At least today's pics are (mostly) in focus. Lunch was Smart Dogs with Tater Tots...
Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with Mustard & Caper Sauce, Roasted Asparagus and Black Rice.

Dinner sounds posh...how do you make the mustard/caper sauce? I love capers.

I wish I had your problem with too much light when it comes to photos, my place is like a bat cave.

Hello, Ladies!

Not quite Posh Spice yet though.
I am trying my darndest to keep things somewhat interesting, s black rice is it this week. Looks like the thistle we serve the Goldfinches. The sauce was just Veganaisse w/Dijon & Capers. Tasted great though.
