So I've finally learned to open my Kombucha over my trash can. Today upon opening I lost about a 1/4 of the bottle to effervescence....
Lunch was Kale, Tabouleh & Garbanzos from Whole Foods...(and then a packet of Kars mixed nuts from the vending machine).
Dinner was Boca Burgers with Daiya mozzarella and Oven Fries. I can no longer take photos at home that aren't over-exposed. Perhaps one day I'll figure out why, till then any photography hints would be welcome.
Dessert was a few Uncle Eddie's Chocolate Chip Cookies. So incredibly delicious, Mr. SV said they were as good as any cookie he's ever had in his life. I concur.
Lots of Black Swan Cabernet.

I just tried that Daiya shredded mozzarella on some flat bread pizza the wife made for me the other day. She sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top of the cheese (when it comes to hot food we have a problem)and it made all the difference. I really like daiya cheese, can't really remember having much of the teese brand. Maybe my illustrious palette of note and I should do a taste test one day.
i didnt know that kombucha (again sp?) was bubbly, must be all the bacteria trying to escape...:).and chocolate chip cookies!!! what a great end to the day.
I loooooove Kombucha! And I have definitely had my bubble over many times!!
I use picnik.com and sometimes the auto correct button fixes it, but sometimes not so much.
Wow, did I see greens in one picture?? Your photos look fine to me - I wouldn't worry about them, if I were you. And, I love Uncle Eddie's cookies! I didn't know they were nationwide.
