Lunch was a Hummus, Tomato, Cucumber, Sun-Dried Tomato, Jalapeno, Onion & Red Pepper Sandwich on Ciabatta at Blue Moon Cafe. Red Quinoa on the side. A delightful day to dine Al Fresco (under the umbrellas and trees).
Dinner was the rest of the Veggie Soup I made over a week ago. Some Tofurky Italian Sausage was added.

Al fresco dining is my favorite part of the spring and summer...and fall and winter, if I can manage it!
That sandwich looks really good. I am a sucker for veggie sandwiches that have jalapeno on them.
