It's That Day Before That Other Day

Lunch was the Chickpea Cucumber Tomato and Avocado Salad that was in the Washington Post last week. Not super fan(tastic). Won't bother making it again.
Mr. SV made a home made pizza crust tonight with Tomato Sauce fromLEDO Pizzeria, Baby Spinach and Daiya Cheddar. The man knows how to keep the yeast alive. Really great.
Dessert was a Twilight Bar. I am currently rich in vegan candy bars.
Behold the face of someone who doesn't have to go to work in the morning.
Lots of Black Swan Shiraz Merlot...

The salad looks fantastic anyway...chickpeas and avocado YUM!

I feel the same way...trying to stave off the inevitable, cherishing the last few hours of the weekend.

Vegan pizza with Daiya cheese on homemade crust plus a Go Max Go bar for dinner...I totally had the same combo while visiting Toronto. More than once actually :)
