Dawsons Market Eggless Egg Salad on LPQ Bread for lunch...
Same dinner as last night...
You all be mackin on my Herb Crusted Tofu. I used to think it was too expensive, but in retrospect, it is pretty reasonable for the quantity (two dinners) and quality...
Macerated Strawberries on TJ's Chocolate Coconut Frozen Dessert for...dessert. This was like something one would get served in a restaurant. Very unusual. I liked it. Thanks, Sarah!
Bye for now.

Re: iPad. I'm wondering if it is an Apple device thing, as when I tried to respond on my own blog via iPhone, the same behavior you describe happened to me. Well, when you do have a computer, tell me ALL THE THINGS you would have said. ;)
I thought I'd get to the macerated strawberries today, but did not - I'm glad you did, and Sarah always knows what she's talking about - no doubt it was delicious!
I've been thinking about having oatmeal but have been too toasty to make it. The breaded tofu really does look good. I don't think the price is terrible for getting two meals for it but I guess if you compare it to just getting a block of tofu it is a bit steep.
Haha glad you tried the strawberries! You don't seem sold on them but I'm glad you seem to like them :) Maybe try them with something else?
I'll make you tofu scramble (with a side of avo) if you plan out my meals for me.
The tofu is definitely decently priced for two meals, I think.
So the lemony strawberries were good on chocolate ice cream? I might have put them on a piece of cake or something first.
Oatmeal today? Hot soup yesterday?? Did the AC guy add a new "winter" button to your air???
The eggless salad looks fabulous as always, especially with that chewy LPQ bread. The WF tofu is a great deal for two meals- way cheaper than a meal out or even their salad bar.
Why haven't i seen that chocolate coconut ice cream at TJ's?? Looks like a great dessert!
My dad always put macerated strawberries on peanut butter toast for breakfast-i think he just tossed them with a little sugar, no lemon juice.

Hey Now!!!!!
Ingrid, you will like the macerated Strawberries. It would be very much unlike Sarah to promote anything that wasnt good. I had to retype my stupid comment on your blog literally four times tonight. Ridiculous! I was surprised you only bought yourself a couple scarves was one thing I wanted to comment on regarding your trip.
Sarah, I do like the Strawberries very much! Please take into consideration that I dont review or critique food on here. it is not something I'm skilled at, plus, the Strawberries were comsumed while we were very distracted with the fallout of The Bachelorette. Couldn't focus 100% on the Berries. Now all that being said, time for you to try something I recommend dont you think? Maybe a trip to PF Changs sometime in the near future, perhaps?
FF, you do make a very inviting Tofu Scramble. Would I have to eat in an un-airconditioned apartment? Or do reserve a seat on the fire escape? I squeezed a lot of Lemon on the Strawberries, but you wouldn't know it. Not Lemony at all.
Unknown, we have been experiencing cooler temps down here, but basically I still have a lot of Soup I have to get through. Cant waste it. TJ's has the Coconut Ice Cream in Chocolate or Strawberry flavors in retro looking pint containers. It has a good texture, but i dont consider it something I must stock up on when i go there. You're not missing out. I will jave to try the macerated Strawberries with PB. The Lemon Juice isn't noticable.
