PF Changs MaPo Tofu reheated for lunch...

but I weakened and heated up a Dawson's Market Mac & Cheese Muffin...

Macerated Strawberries on TJ's Chocolate Coconut Frozen Dessert for...dessert. This was like something one would get served in a restaurant. Very unusual. I liked it. Thanks, Sarah!

Sunday, July 27th

I returned to LPQ to see if they would remember the Avocado, and if not, to remind them when I'm actually served. Turned out, there was no Tofu in the kitchen to make the Sramble anyway. I opted for the Six Vegetable Tart $12.75, which is beautiful and delicious, but overpriced IMO for the portion. The Roasted Artichoke on top was particularly enjoyable, perhaps that is why the dish is so expensive...

Sloppy Joes on Rudi's WW Buns with Corn on the Cob for dinner...

I decided to see if anything was doing with my wild Squash Vine this afternoon. Sho nuff, there is a Squash of some sort developing. I didn't touch it, lest I disconnect it from the vine, but I know it doesn't bode well to leave it on the ground....

A Strawberry Cupcake from Out Of The Bubble Bakery for dessert...

Yes, they forgot the side of Avocado, but at least they didn't charge me for it today....

A Gazpacho disaster in the WF's parking lot. The bottom of the bag broke. It looked so refreshing on the pavement. Rather heartbreaking....

At least the beautiful bread wasn't wasted....

Thankfully, my Avocado Lentil Salad survived. The question is: why are there two dressings? I chose the yelllow one...

Mr. SV was riding around on his motorcycle today and picked me up lunch from Hempen Hill BBQ. I got the Fresh Greens Salad $6.49 with BBQ Tofu $2.49 and Balsamic Vinaigrette. They did a wonderful job on the Salad...

I was pretty stuffed from the Salad, so just a Dawson's Market Mac & Cheese Muffin for dessert...

Sunday, July 20th

A tasty but tough morning at LPQ. The staff was completely overwhelmed. I remembered to ask for Avocado, and they remembered to charge me for it, but they couldn't remember to serve it to me. Not able to flag anyone down initially, I just made do. The Avocado Toast is $9.95, and I just didn't feel like spending $10 at that moment. Afterwards, I bailed on getting carryout due to the line there....

Whole Food was mobbed as well. No worthwhile sales on produce that I saw....

The PB is for the Pups. They each get a spoonful morning and night when Poley takes his thyroid meds....

A Randy Radish (Field Roast) Corn Dog with WF's Fireworks Slaw. The Corn Dog reheated perfectly in the oven...

The Slaw was a nice change of pace...
