Spirulina Smoothie for breakfast..It was the usual Hemp Milk, Hemp Protein Powder, Banana, Dates & Peanut Butter...
Mr. SVegetarian picked up BiBimBob for lunch from Mr. Noodle and Rice...
it was a massive portion, so I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner....
A Root's Market Pecan Sandie for dessert....
So it was sort of less carby/faux than yesterday. Hoping to continue the theme tomorrow. Bye for now.

I love that glass!! The smoothie looks great, I just wish I liked spirulina. Still haven't developed a taste for it. I love stretching meals out over the day. That one looks especially tasty to enjoy for lunch and dinner. Wrapping up with a pecan sandie sounds pretty perfect to me.
The smoothie sounds so perfect for a summery breakfast! And those marinated bean sprouts with your bi bim bap are soooo good- the two meals for one is always satisfying. That looks like a ton of hot sauce to me but i know you like the stuff...
It looks like an "everything" sandie!
My parents have visited every year for....ummm....15(?) years now, so i'm always trying to take them somewhere new. Ample hills ice cream also had the best vegan coconut milk fudge ice cream ever, made the trip from the uws to brooklyn worth it!

I'd totally forgotten, but Vegan Treats made pecan sandies for a while and, of course, they ruled.
I have nothing interesting or of value to contribute.
Hello.
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, I had a few of your non-favorites at lunch today as well. You really need to start liking Mayo and Olives.
Unknown, was the trip to Ample Hills Creamery for you or your parents? How many gallons did you bring back to your freezer? I'd get some of the Sorbet to go too just to have on hand.
Abby, has Vegan Treats ever made anything you didn't like?
Hannah, as usual, I'll take whatever I can get here.
