Tuesday, June 3rd

A Wegman's Pumpernickel Bagel with Tofutti Cream Cheese for breakfast...
Field Roast Frankfurters with TJ's Tots for lunch...
Dinner was Gardein Turky Cutlets with leftover Pasta from last Fridays lunch out...
Will I find a way to consume fewer carbs and faux foods tomorrow? I need to. Bye for now.

I recognize those scallions in that cream cheese ;) Breakfast looks amazing as usual. You definitely have the schmear down. Gotta love the tots too and the pasta looks like it held up well. Hmm if I were better at guessing I'd try and guess what you are eating tomorrow but I'm terrible at it so I'll just wait and see.

You really are intent on this bagel breakfast thing! Do you buy them singly? Or in a pack and freeze them?
Good luck eating tomorrow.

Great looking bagel there! The cutlets have such lovely garnish on them. Do you eat the leftover pasta cold or heat it up? I like cold pasta if it has a lot of sauce, but nit much sauce i want it warmed...

We had our bagels sunday from zucker's, they're one of my favorites and make a smaller denser bagel than some of the other shops. Mom doesn't like smoked/cured fish so we haven't been to russ and daughters in years. They loved their guided ethnic food tour of queens today and had food from like six different obscure countries! Off to brooklyn wed for botanical gardens and ample hills ice cream.

I say, keep the bagel, franks and tots, and then have something else for dinner. Mainly because I am enjoying eating the franks and tots with my eyes. Thank you, they're delicious. ;)

I see nothing wrong with any of it- carbs and all!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, not many Scallions have the background story that mine have. What you lack in guessing ability, you make up for with positive commenting ability.

FF, I buy one or two Bagels at a time and freeze them. But, as you know, more than anything, I want to saunter into a Manhattan Bagelry and have a toasted Everything Bagel with Vegan Cream Cheese prepared on the spot for me.

Unknown, the Pasta Salad is cold. Thanks for the update on your parents activities. Interesting how they're taking time to visit other boroughs when there is so much in Manhattan.

Ingrid, the Bagels, Franks and Tots are never far away.

Abby, maybe it's the summer heat that made the carbs and processed foods get to be a little too much yesterday.
