Saturday, June 28th

'Tofu Scramble' at LPQ this morning. Still not on menu, but available if you ask, just without Mushrooms...
I finally asked someone at Trader Joe's about the Lambrusco and Meatless Meatballs. Turns out, they do sell Lambrusco -- both Red & White. Duh! Not only that, the Meatless Meatballs will return within the next few days! Yay! No Speculoos Cookies though. Waaaah!....
Well worth popping in for all that stuff...
The Lambrusco is nice light slipping. I'll be returning for more. Thanks for another solid rec, Unknown!
The usual Salad-to-go for dinner...
Not the best pic, but everyone seems to prefer looking at my critters than my grub...
Bye for now.

Well at least LPQ will still make the scramble, regardless of their issues with figuring out how to put it on a proper menu.....
So glad you like the lambrusco too! The TJs one tastes like a much more expensive version i've had at wine bars. I'm SO excited meatless balls really will be back!!! What a mean trick that was to take them away for so long. I will stockpile them for sure.
Did they give you two different dressings with the lentil salad??
And how is it that every single one of your pets is so freaking gorgeous???

You're puppy is the cutest! Every time you show the scramble from LPQ, I drool!

I personally don't like using AmEx. As ideal as it would be, I just can't seem to pay everything off in one month. But, I love those TJ prices! What's wrong with shrooms - no likey?

Yay for more puppy pics!! Love :)

Looks like a pretty successful day! The scramble looks great as always and I see the avocado is still in the salad as opposed to the scramble. Hooray for the return of your meatless meatballs! Do they have the speculoos cookie butter? I've heard that is pretty great too. Imagine that on a banana for breakfast?! Yum!

Balance your spiritual energy and get in harmony with your soul by practicing these Radha-Krishna meditations.

Sri Gita Govinda
-A book written in the 12th century, this is a description of the intimate loving affairs of Radha and Krishna

Govinda Lilamrta
-An 400 year old book which poetically describes the eternal daily pastimes of Radha and Krishna

Ananda Vrindavan Campu
-This is probably the most poetic and intimate portrayal of Sri Krsna’s life in Vrndavana that has ever been written.

Prayers of Service to Radha and Krishna (Sankalpa Kalpadruma)

Prema Samputa The Treasure Chest of Love

And the following four are taken from Visvanath Cakravarti's Camatkara Candrika, a 300 year old scripture that talks about the love meeting of Radha and Krishna:

The Meeting in the Box

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as a Female Doctor

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as a Female Singer

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as Abhimanyu

And lastly, we have a very amazing scripture which describes the 24 hour daily loving affairs of Radha and Krishna in Vrindavan, called Bhavanasara Sangraha. This book is now available on Amazon for Kindle, for only $3.49

Here is a 41 page sample of Bhavanasara Sangraha:

The above book can also be read on your PC using Amazon Kindle for PC, download here for free:

Hey Now!!!!

Unknown, I don't want to jump in your sh*t, but apparently the LPQ decision to take Tofu Scramble off the menu is cuz NYers aren't eating it! The repercussions from that are being felt up and down the east coast. I had to drink a whole bottle of Lambrusco after hearing that info. Sometimes I get two dressings, sometimes I get a lemon wedge, today I just got one dressing and zero lemon wedge;-(

VP, you don't give any indication where you are located, but I hope you get some good Scramble wherever you are.

Blessed Mama, no worries about paying off your AmEx monthly. They will gladly charge you a hefty interest rate to carry over your balance. Me no understandy why no shrooms.

Sarah, I just move the Avocado to the Scramble after taking the pic. Mr. SV is the lover of Speculoos Butter. I'm able to resist, so I try to do so. Sounds like Speculoos Butter something you need to add to your ever lengthening 'list'.

The lambrusco sounds nice. It's bubbly, eh? I never think to ask TJ employees about their stuff but they all seem pleasant enough.
Glad yr meatballs are back.
