'Tofu Scramble' is still not a regular item at LPQ. This morning they were able to make some up special for me with Tomatoes, but it was touch and go there for a few moments...
My usual 'Lentil & Avocado Salad' carried out for dinner...

Scary to think that the scram almost disappeared. It looks really good with all those tomatoes, though. Funny that the avocado has now migrated to the side of greens.
Awesome Linzer cookie; I always loved those things.
It really sucks that they took the tofu scramble off of the menu but at least they were able to accommodate you. It looks like your avocado ended up in the side salad though ;) Dinner salad and cookie both look great!
PS. I noticed after I typed the above that FF commented on the avocado in the salad ;) I was too lazy to change it, ha!
