WTF Wednesday

Cascadian Farm Wheat Squares with TJ's Almond Milk for breakfast. This cereal was disappointing.  It was no Chex. Hopefully, the crows will deign to eat it....
Tried to create a fancy plate of Avocado, CSA Tomato, Balsamic Vinegar and Grapeseed Oil for my lunch. It didn't come out as prettily as I'd planned but tasted good and I felt healthy after eating it....
Dinner was Tofu and Cashew Nuts $12 from Faang...
Peanut Butter Zig Zag for dessert...
Yet more of the same again tomorrow. It never ends.

I cannot find peanut butter zigzag around here anymore. :( It used to be my favorite ice cream. So delicious!

Too bad about the cereal not being great. Do you have Festival Foods by you? That's where we found the Kashi.

Very pretty lunch. It sounds like one of those tomato, watermelon and feta salads. maybe you could recreate that with some tofu.

Your lunch looks phenomenal! Avocado and tomato is one of my favorite combos :) I think it looks very pretty! Dinner looks great too and peanut butter zig zag is definitely a great choice! Tyler is watching me type this, he says hi!

Happy to know that you followed yesterday's Mocha Almond Fudge with an equally as awesome Peanut Butter Zig Zag.

I've tried that cereal and had similar thoughts. . . back to the fruity shreds!

Bummer about the cereal. Lunch sounds delicious! I actually went to the farmers market today with a friend and inhaled a basket of tiny tomatoes before we were even done shopping :) that new ice cream sounds great, who makes it?
The market near me has ciao bella sorbetti on sale sometimes, the mango pint might not see tommarrow.....

I've never been much of a cereal or ice cream fan. But your salad, I am all about. Tomato, avocado, and balsamic. A little sea salt, fresh basil. Awesome.

I feel like you have an endless supply of vegan ice cream and my envy is mounting. Oooh... why don't you eat the chex with the peanut butter zig zag for breakfast?

I bet you're going to say something about that much sugar being impossible in the morning and it's going to remind me that I have the mindset of a ten year old.

Your salad looks so appetizing! Love avocado and tomato together.

Dinner looks amazing as well, but definitely love the ice cream.

I have a good amount in my freezer right now of different flavor almond milk ice creams.

Ingrid, where was your warning about that cereal?! It was wretched! And I bought two boxes cuz it was only $1.99/box at the grocery outlet.

Unknown, funny how summer Tomatoes can be as sweet as candy. I've seen that Sorbet, but never tried it. It is always exorbitantly priced down here.

Jared, when do we hear about your trip to Berkeley Springs?

Hannah, a good cereal/ice cream combo would be with Capn Crunch and your ice cream of choice.

VGG, well let's see the freezer goods. You need to post a little more often. Once a day would be good.
