I was intent on having an excellent lunch. Chopstick Cafe did not let me down. Two Iced Cold Changs kept the Labor Day Weekend celebration rolling...
Avocado Sushi $4...and 'Thai Spicy Fried Rice' $9. Tofu stir fried with Chili, Garlic, Thai Basil, Onion, Tomato, Mushrooms, Peas, Broccoli, Bell Pepper, who knows what else was in there. I think I see Carrots..
Field Roast Frankfurters with CSA Potatoes for dinner because: fun!
Cleo Cups for dessert. This is now a party.
More pleasure on the agenda for tomorrow.

Your food days keep getting better and better!
That fried rice looks devine.
I definitely need to try those cleo cups now that I am on a chocolate craving!
What a perfect way to start off the holiday weekend! I can't even describe the envy I'm feeling for that rice! OMG it looks incredible! So do your oven fries. I agree with VGG, your food looks more incredible every day.
Oy I've been indulging too much lately. Been feeling yucky from it lol.
Um YES. Definitely. I agree. Yes.
Those pancakes look legit!
And lunch has some nice tofu action in it there- i'm not a beer person (but i love myself a good reisling!) but sounds like the perfect summer lunch beverage.
Your're a potato pro- the dinner potatoes (almost) look better than fries. Did you add spices or is it just black pepper?
I'm about two hours south of san francisco, big agriculture area. Had some great tacos with homemade corn tortillas today, followed by a pint of strawberries. Good stuff here.

A perfect start to the holiday weekend! The rice looks perfect.
We want to camp close to home for the first time out and everything is booked for a few more weeks here. We live by some very popular parks. A few more weeks and we'll be taking it out!
I am all about the Thai Spicy Fried Rice. I definitely want to make something similar for work lunches once it cools down. Field Roast and potatoes are always a good choice!
Hey Now!!!!
VGG, Cleo Cups are almost as good as Reese's.
Sarah, my food had a long way to go. I'm glad it's finally looking appetizing. I'll take your word for it on the indulgence.
Hannah, I should've explained to my international readers that it is Labor Day Weekend in the States. We're supposed to just relax and do no work.
Unknown, just S&P on the Potatoes here. Two hours south of San Francisco sounds like the perfect place to live.
RVs, I didn't know that people 'booked' parks. How are you supposed to just be spontaneous? Does that explain the folks who park their RVs in the Walmart parking lots? No reservations nearby?
Ingrid, I do hope you've listened to my sage advice and always have a supply of Field Roast Franks at home.
I live in Canada now; we have LaboUr Day Weekend, so I'm with ya.
