My other Tempeh Reuben from Black Bear Bistro for lunch. It held up perfectly fine overnight. Didn't get soggy in the least...
Boca Burgers with CSA Tomatoes and Potatoes for dinner...
In celebration of her mysterious swelling finally subsiding, a Blessed Mama Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie for dessert.
Back to the cube tomorrow. Woe is me.

That's pretty impressive that the reuben held up overnight. If I make a sandwich it gets soggy by lunchtime so I'm definitely impressed. Great looking dinner and hooray for cookies!!
Talk of mysterious swelling makes me think of Welcome To Nightvale.
Yay for yummy cereal! Those must be some serious sandwich pros to have made a ruben that held up overnight- that marble rye has some serious swirling going on.
Love the "action shot" of dinner, hope the fries saw some of that ketchup love.

I've been craving a reuben lately. Glad you've been enjoying them so much, although it makes be a bit jealous!
On your next big anniversary, you can let Mr. SV know that he can buy you an Airstream. ;)
Lovely day of eats!
Haven't seen cube food for awhile. Should be interesting
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, doubt it would apply to your life, but it's good to know that one can 'stock up' on Reubens to no ill effect.
Hannah, never heard of that Podcast. Wish I could listen.
Unknown, I'm not only shocked that the sandwich was good in the first place, but that the other one was still great the next day. Ketchup was involved with the Fries.
RVs, pulleeze! I can't believe all the incredible vegan food in Wisconsin. I'll put the bug in Mr. SV's ear about the gift idea. We'd definitely go the used route though.
VGG, whoops! Sorry, missed your comment. I did my best today.
