That salad is beautiful. You're becoming quite the salad queen! I've been cramming salads down my gullet almost every day and I've been loving them. Your tomatoes look perfect. I'd also like to cram a few of those cookies down my gullet too. Yum!

The cookie looks like a volcano erupting with jam. I approve.

The tomatoes in your salad look so perfect. I'm very picky about tomatoes & could definitely see eating those.

Like Sarah, I could see cramming some of those cookies down my throat.

Potatoes and Leeks as a side dish sound really good. I didn't know leeks were in season right now, I should go pick some up.

Your restraint with those cookies is admirable. They would be all gone in my house.

I like the dinner side. How did you cook the potatoes and leeks?

Hey Now!!!!

VaVA, happy two-week anniversary of your blog 'break'.

VGG, in general it's better to have more stuff in a Salad, but I was surprised how sufficient just Tomatoes, Croutons and Dressing turned out to be.

Hannah, interesting point about the Cookies. They are shaped like little Volcanos.

RV's, gotta give props to the CSA. All the Tomatoes they've given me have been fantastic. Any Tomatoes yet from your in-laws this season?

Ingrid, I didn't know Leeks were in season either. The Cookies are very rich. One is quite satisfying.

FF, primarily roasted the Potatoes and Leeks in the oven for a really long time. Quite tasty.

GFHTummy, these Corn Flakes are really great. They're gluten-free, but I don't know if you can do processed corn.
