Now that those waffles are done, will you make the next batch with peanut butter?

For some reason, I'm really into that roasted cauliflower. Naturally, it is the only piece of produce I don't have in the fridge.

Yes to pb waffles.

Nice waffle shot, love how the syrup gets into all the nooks!
I noticed how at home you always make open face sandwiches, do you "open" regular sandwiches to eat them when you're out?
Nice side of cauliflower there, i lovelovelove it roasted. There was a "moment" this winter with cauliflower "steaks", dunno if you saw this:

So delicious really is.

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, yes, per your ever increasing influence, PB will be my next batch of Waffles.

VaVa, I have you to thank for the Cookie Dough Ice Cream reminder. Wonder what you're not reminding me of now because you're not blogging?

Ingrid, looking forward to seeing what you do with all your produce this week.

Unknown, I like Sandwiches open-faced at home cuz they last longer. But when I eat food out, I eat it the food the way it is served. Yep, I heard about the Cauliflower Steaks in the news, but don't think I can recreate one.

FF, yes, they were Blueberry-Banana Waffles. I bought a $18 Black & Decker Iron last year for myself. TJ's Grade B Maple Syrup always.

I do recommend the kringle. It's really good! However, if you order one I'd go through Vegan Essentials. It looks like there are a few Larsen bakeries and the one in Racine didn't have much information on their site.... Strange, because I think they'd get more business if they provided more info.

I had waffles for breakfast, too, although they were the frozen variety. Seeing all of yours lately got me in the mood for some!
