WTF Friday

Uncle Sam's Cereal with TJ's Almond Milk for breakfast...
A CSA Salad with Goddess Dressing...
Boca Chik'n Patties with Mac & Cheese from Dawson's Market for dinner...
Blessed Mama Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie for dessert.
Finally, a 100% good food day. I need to keep it up.

Haha, yes if we ever figure out what's wrong I will let you know :) Right now my neck is in spasm which is about as pleasant as it sounds.

Definitely a 100% amazing food day! I've been loving cold cereal lately. So good. The salad is really beautiful, I love the color of those tomatoes! Ditto in dinner and you know I'm a fan of the mac n cheese muffins. Can't go wrong with ending the day with a cookie!

Definitely a good food day! It must be working from home that does it. They must let you do it 100% of the time!

Beautiful CSA salad! The tomatoes are so vibrant.

How does Dawson's Mac & Cheese compare to Everlasting Life Cafe's version?

I hope your weekend is just as delicious!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, don't take this the wrong way, but Mr. SV thinks you just need 'the high hard one'. Something to consider? Couldn't be worse advice than you've received so far.

Vegan Grub Girl, cool name. I should've thought of it first. Yes, the Uncle Sam's Cereal is good, but a little bit goes a long way.

RV's, nothing is more stupid than going into the office. But, as you know, I have fuzzy mouths to feed, and don't want to take any risks for their sake.

Ingrid, I'd say the Dawson's and ELC (which has recently changed its name to 'Woodlands') are equal in the Mac & Cheese department. Maybe this means that more restaurants will be able to start churning out vegan Mac & Cheese.
