WTF Tuesday

Reheated leftovers from several weeks ago for breakfast: Sarah Kramers Banana Pancakes with Agave Nectar and Yves Breakfast Patties. The Pancakes still tasted as great as day one..almost...
Boca Burgers with Mealy Tomato and Oven Fries for lunch...I'm not buying another Tomato till summer...
Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute and Roasted Broccoli for dinner.
Half a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert from Everlasting Life Cafe.
So my company is letting us work from home two days a week now. Perhaps this is a sign the economy is improving.

Reheating pancakes is tricky, but those still look really good!

Agreed - no tomatoes till summer. Even if I don't always eat locally, I do like to eat seasonally!

Woo hoo, working from home! Fingers crossed for the economy...

Hey, great pics! You've got a nice macro effect going on. Congrats on working from home, which is a double bonus because you get to eat yummy home-cooked eats as well as no commute and way cooler office mates! ...ok, it's a triple bonus.

OMG I'm so jealous that you get to work from home twice a week! That's great!

Your meals sound so yummy especially that breakfast. I'm jealous of it every time.

My comments disappear most on your blog, but have disappeared from Ingrid and FF's as well. I don't really understand it. I've had problems with my google account so I'm wondering if it is my account? I don't know I guess I'll just have to try checking back every now and then!

Canned tomatoes are really the way to go. Even James Beard said they were preferable to a lot of what was available fresh. However, I realize canned tomatoes don't really work on sandwiches and such.

There were some tomatoes touted as local at "my" Whole Foods last week. I guess they must have been grown indoors somehow because it's way too cold to grow things outside in New England.

Oh yeah I gave up on tomatoes a while back. Cherry tomatoes are usually unaffected, but they don't work on sandwiches.
How do you reheat the pancakes? Stove top?

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, one day you will hit the road in your airstream and it wont matter what your employer dick-tates.

Ingrid, why didn't you warn me about these winter tomatoes?! Bet you rake in big bucks with the after schooling hours tutoring.

Rose, I wish I could work a macro lens. I don't even know how to change my lens. Help me! And where is your Christmas Ravioli post?

VaVa, we're gonna nail down exactly where and how your posts are getting deleted. So far, you seem to be the only one with the issue..

Miss Rachel, there are all kinds of issues with 'canned' Tomatoes now. We're only supposed to use boxed or jarred. Didn't get the memo?

FF, like you give a sh*t about my Pancakes. I just pop them in the oven for 10 mins at 400 degrees.
