WTF Friday

Kashi Autumn Wheat for breakfast with Soy Milk.
WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on a Wegman's Everything Bagel for lunch.
The last of the Skinny Bitch Beef Stew for dinner. I will miss it.
WF's Red Pepper Hummus with Pizzettina Crackers for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: More carbs, heavy on the gluten and sugar.

OK, I hope I'm not pushing my luck here, but hopefully this comment will stick too!

Looks like another great food day, especially that hummus sandwich! Yum! Those crackers sound so good, I'm so jealous!

That's funny that you think of me when you eat gluten! If you aren't sensitive to it, it's not that big of a deal! Maybe instead of trying to get rid of it completely, maybe try adding some fruits and veggies? Like add some fresh fruit to the cereal? That would be tasty :)

I see VaVa's comment!

The lunch looks really tasty to me too. I love me some salty food. It's a testament to how good that "beef" stew is that you will miss it even after eating it three times this week. It does look good.

I've been enjoying quite a bit of hummus, myself. However, roasted garlic is my flavor of preference - gets me lots of alone time.

Looking forward to some more kitty photos!?!

Remember Nora? Remember when The Shen was the Nora? No, me neither.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, another comment sticks! Way to go! So you're saying not to eat bread, crackers, pasta and cereal and just eat fruits & veggies? Shall I drop nd do a half dozen Burpees while I'm at it?

Miss Rachel, it is a pretty great stew recipe. Highly recommend. Have you fill your Peppermill yet?

Ingrid, I like the Roasted Garlic Hummus as well. Never gave much thought to the effect on those around me. The kitties were completely uncooperative today. I'll try again tomorrow.

FF, for the record, this sandwich was obviously not a 'Shen' or a 'Nora': it was not on an Ezekiel English Muffin and lacked both Tomato and Diced Onion. I'll admit I stole a sandwich recipe in a vain attempt at fame and glory. What's your point?
