Thursday, January 5th

Usual Breakfast of late..
A Burrito Bowl from Chipotle for lunch..
Candle Cafe Seitan Piccata for dinner. The Seitan part was very delicious. The Rice part had to be choked down.
Half a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert from Everlasting Life Cafe.
I'm almost two whole days behind on everyone's elses blogs. (Ever wish everyone else would just quit blogging for a while in order for you to catch up?)

OOO, I love those seitan CC dinners - even the rice part. I like to mix it all together.

As far as the Bachelor, I think I only like the girl who raised her siblings. And the girl who rapped. I can't remember who else. Ryan was howling after each ridiculous introduction. I like to imagine how awkward I would be on that show. My guess is I would be the girl who was like, "I can't remember what I was going to say." Bless Ryan for taking me out of the dating scene.

Well, you'll get your wish on my end, as far as a slow blogging pace is concerned....nothing blogable here. What was wrong with the rice??

I'm really impressed with your will power -- you have been eating only half of your desserts for a long time now! What brand of will power are you using?

I haven't tried the frozen picatta yet- the macaroni is quite good, though, and I've heard good things about the ravioli. It stinks that the rice wasn't good!

Yeah, that's pretty much why I'm not blogging these days...just letting everyone get caught up. :P

Anyway, so which do you eat first the apple or the spirulina? I always think the chipotle bowls look good...but I don't think we have any Chipotles around here...or at least I've never seen any.

I've tried the CC ravioli, and for frozen stuff they weren't bad. Good to know the piccata is tasty, though I'm with you...frozen rice just doesn't cut it unless you're going to use it to make fried rice.

Now, this day looks just fine, but I was so disappointed yesterday when I couldn't comment on the previous day's menu. You had a spoon, knife and fork starring in the show!

Hey Now!!!!

Jenny, I probably undercooked the Rice part of my CC dinner. The Seitan part was so delicious! Re: The Bachelor -- the girl who raised her siblings really bleached her teeth and self-tanned a little too much don't you think? I agree about what it would be like to actually be on the show. I would be too terrified to even approach and introduce myself. These Bachelorettes are so much more mature than I was/ever will be. I bless Mr. SV when we watch 'Celebrity Wife Swap'.

Stacy, please! Do take a break from blogging (just don't delete the whole damn thing). The rice was probably undercooked by me.

VV, ha! I eat half the desserts cuz the desserts are majorly super-sized.

Dianne, I wanted to pick up more of the CC Ravioli, but it was sold out. Please don't let me disuade you from the Seitan Picatta and Rice cuz of my results. I most likely didn't cook it properly.

Rose, no excuses for you not blogging. You only do it once a month. Where the heck is that Xmas Ravioli? (and it's first fruit then dessert).

Alessandra, Happy New Year to you as well! How does one leave a comment on our blog?

Blessed Mama, sorry for cutting off the comments. That is correct, I had each utensil show-cased.

Sara, don't go by my experience on the CC Seitan dinner. The Ravioli was incredible.
