A dinner-sized breakfast of Tofu Scramble, Roasted Potatoes and Soysage...
Followed by a huge lunch: the Vegetarian Sampler $16.95 at Jerusalem Cafe. I could say this food tasted as good as it looked, but that would be a lie, so I only ate a tiny bit.
The Side Salad was also just for lookin. We won't be returning. (I really wanted to tear this food a new one. Surprising myself with my restraint).
Tofutti Cream Cheese with Olives on a Wegman's Everything Bagel for dinner. Looks good and was good.
Half a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert from Everlasting Life Cafe.
After a day like today, I need one of those 2012 raw cleanses.

Such a bummer that lunch was bad! It looks really good but I guess looks really can be deceiving. Hopefully the rest of your meals made up for it.

That is a whole lot of lunch to not enjoy. So sad! I love the breakfast, though.

Oh well, at least the bagel was good.

My question yest was based on the your statement that you kept dressing at work and who knew what your coworkers had done to it. Thought you meant you were suspicious that they'd be spitting in it or something :).

How do you roast your potatoes? The slices are so lovely!

If I have my druthers, I'd eat Tofutti and bagels at every meal.

That mezze platter looks good, really it didn't taste good? What a pity!

Hey Now!!!!

Skinny *ss, for serious. It's difficult to find bad Middle Eastern Cuisine, but somehow I managed to do so.

Sara, the restaurant was using copious quantites of low quality Olive Oil in everything. The Pita Bread was as cardboard. The BabaGanoush was pablum. The Stuffed Grape Leaves were good though, for some reason. I brought those home.

VaVa, it truly was a major bummer about lunch. It may take days to recover.

FF, I noticed other diners boxing up most of their lunches as well. I don't give the restaurant much longer.

Blessed Mama, thanks for the helpful advice. The bread was delicious!

Stacy, shared work fridges are notorious for thievery and tampering. Maybe things are different up north.

Ingrid, I just sliced the Gold Potatoes super thin so they would Roast very quickly at 400 degrees for half an hour. Potatoes never cook when they know you need them right away.

Alessandra, no! Just remembering the Mezze Platter makes me feel ill. This debacle would never have happened in New Zealand I just know it.
