Tofutti Cream Cheese on TJ's Toasted Cinnamon Bread for breakfast...
WF's Salad Bar for lunch. Pillsbury Sloppy Joe Casserole for dinner. This was a great four ingredient meal, even if it might have had a little High Fructose Corn Syrup and a few mono and di-glycerides.
Baked up in 15 minutes flat. Feeds one hungry vegan. Not five. The extra Breadstick dough was used to wrap Smart Dogs for Mr SV's dinner which he enjoyed as well.
I found a dusty old box of TJ's Chocolate Covered Cherries laying around, so I had some of those for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: Working from home, so there will be Hummus.

Mono and di-glycerides notwithstanding, that still looks tasty.

haha I'm looking forward to a hummus post :) Your food looks so delicious today and your breakfast in particular looks amazing! I used to love cinnamon raisin bread with tofutti. Yum. Your salad is gorgeous and your dinner looks really good too! Great food day!

I enjoy recipes requiring five ingredients or less, especially during the work week. Smart Piglets in a Blanket - outstanding! Does Mr. SV not care for sloppy joes?

Hooray for hummus!

Are you old enough to remember those old Kraft commercials, where they would compose a whole meal entirely out of various Kraft products...the old Walt Disney show on Sunday nights used to pan over an enormous spread of casseroles made in just this way...okay, I'm ancient...but your supper is exactly like that. No kidding, this is so cool you should start a whole series, maybe one of these companies would give you a show...

Great looking and very interesting foodstuffs you've got going on here. I didn't know Pillsbury "tubes o' bread" type things were vegan. (Maybe I should continue not knowing that...)

BTW, I just read yesterday's post and LOVED the kitty pictures! Marmalade Umlaut is beautiful and it's wonderful that she's now accepting affection.

How do those breadsticks come out of the tube? Breadstick shaped? And you just layered it on top of the casserole? I am very intrigued.

I just can't believe that that would not feed five hungry vegans! You impress me with your voracious appetite! Munch!!

I'm liking the breakfast selection too...it's been ages since I've had cinnamon bread, must be extra good with tofutti to top it.

Dinner does look like a taste sensation, and clever twist on sloppy joe's.

Hey Now!!!!

Stacy, it was a tasty casserole. Just what the Dr. ordered.

VaVa, thanks, it was a pretty good food day.

Ingrid, Mr. SV does like Sloppy Joes. I don't know what his issue was last night. Just being contrary I suppose.

Zoa, I remember The Wonderful World Of Disney, but not the Kraft commercials. And here I was sure I would just get slammed for my completely processed dinner. Just shows to go ya.

Miss Rachel, the Pillsbury tubes are vegan. I don't like to do them more than once a year cuz they're all chemicals.

FF, you mean you never hit a tube of Pillsbury dough on the edge of the kitchen counter?! For shame! Get your $2.50 and go buy a tube of dough to see what it's all about!

Blessed Mama, I'm thinking your Blessings are underfed. Just a hunch.

Rose, it was a cute twist on Sloppy Joes. A fun recipe.
