The color your grapefruit is really vibrant! P.F. Changs - a good choice! I considered MaPo Tofu the other night when I ate Chinese.

No mention of the cake/bread, does this mean that the Mister did, indeed, eat it all today?

Oh the spring roll, oh the tofu, oh the frankfurter! I'm getting hungry for dinner right now, and these items are really calling to me. Seriously, they look really good.

Sorry you had to work on Monday. One of the companies I used to work for added MLK Day as a paid holiday because I think they were worried about their old, white fogie image. It was a win-win though as no employees were going to complain about a day off in January.

Hey Now!!!

Ingrid, there are so many variations on MaPo Tofu, it's hard to know when it's safe to order it. I was just too stuffed from lunch to hit the cake/bread yesterday, but Mr. SV did put away a large chunk today.

VaVa, it was a pretty great food day. Hope you're feeling better.

Miss Rachel, these federal holidays are so stupid. Why not just give us all (lucky to have a jobbers) one day a month and be done with it? Why must it be on random days that aren't even actual birthdays? Okay, rant over because I don't want to alienate potential readers.
