Tuesday, July 26th

My camera battery died this morning, but if it was working, lunch would've looked just like this:
Deb's Tempeh Panini for dinner. Totally hit the spot.
Magical Coconut Bar for dessert. Only four of these bad boys left.
Some may ask, "Why are comments allowed on this post, but not yesterday's? Today's post seems no less lame than yesterday's post." I assure you, it is much less lame. So comment away and, yes, vodka is good.

You're right. This is way better. I almost fell asleep reading yesterday's 45 word post. Thank god there's enough sugar in the magic bars to wake me up today.

Vodka good. Spot being hit...priceless.

That sandwich looks ridiculously good! This head wave that just passed made me crave an icy cold alcoholic beverage like crazy. You'll actually see me partake when my friend visits next month. Crazy I know! ;) And the magic bars truly are magical.

Your panini came out great. I was tempted by Deb's paninis too.

It's great when your food comes out just like it did before. Well, if you like it. Looks great, especially the panini.

That's funny that you could use a previous salad photo to use for your lunch yesterday. :o)
Oh man...that tempeh panini looks delish! I'll have to try that. I've been hooked on a veggie panini lately....yum!

Hey Now!!!

FF, it's about content, not words! Should I be asking my readers what they ate on prom night? Will that keep you awake?

Susan, and if the spot can't be hit, Vodka is priceless.

VaVa, now you're having a friend visit?! We get it! You're popular!

Rose, dare I say It looks even better than Deb's prototype?

Michelle1, 'inch thick' Tempeh, eh? Sure thing.

Jessica, they say "Consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds", however, Chipotle Burrito Bowls are exempt from that rule.

Kimberly, does Tempeh spoil? Or does it come 'pre-spoiled?'

Michelle2, I'm rather surprised Paninis have made it to your neck of the woods. Still haven't tried Hearts of Palm though yet, right?

Molly, I guess you do have lots of time now to do things like formulate a menu. Will look forward to seeing what you come up with.
