I like the little Sloppy Joe sliders! They're cute. G and I were just discussing why vegan Sloppy Joes are usually called "Sloppy Janes" or "Sloppy Josephines."
That quinoa salad looks so good!! And the tater tots are bringing me back, haven't had them in so long but now I want them ;) Can't go wrong with magic bars!
I wish I had a Whole Foods or something like that near here. The closest is Milwaukee, a 45 minute drive...... my work lunch isn't quite that long! lol

Basically the oddity of feminizing things to make them vegan and how it's dumb and exclusive to assume such a thing. G went on to say something about why certain things are assumed masculine by default (actor/actress)...It was a tangential conversation and didn't go much of anywhere. Any insights?
