Every time I see your PF Changs meals I want to try it. There is one close to me I just haven't made it over there yet. Looks yummy!

I want to try all of the PF Changs meals you post about, too. They look very good!

Hello! I don't know that I've commented before, but I follow your blog and really enjoy it! So much so that the last five days I was in the Washington D.C. metro area, I kept looking for one of your recommended restaurants. I wasn't very persistent, and now that I see Loving Hut is in Falls Church (where I was, and have family there), I am so mad I didn't look harder! Next time, I suppose.

Your blog keeps me on top of what day/date it is. You should start the Shen Vegan desktop calendar! I bet it could really take off!

Classic eats, but good ones.

(How did it get to be July 21 already?)

Glad you can get the ice cream in your mouth before it melts on the spoon.

I haven't had ma po tofu in ages. I love PF Changs. I usually order my broccoli on the side and end up with like three cups of cooked broccoli that I can eat on for days.

Hey Now!!!

VaVa, you've never been to PF Changs?! It's really vegan friendly (they even have a steamed veggie dish you could enjoy). At least try the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps.

VF, you too? Never been to PF Changs? How can that be?

Ingrid, wish I could've helped advise you. Eating can be pretty bad around here. Even I need to need to pre-plan and I live here.

Rose, I'm always looking for a gimmick! Any suggestions on executing this day of the week vegan calendar would be appreciated (Sad thing is, I have a rough time getting the day and date correct).

FF. I know you are an enemy of ice cream, but this Coconut stuff is really the bomb. Give it a try. You might like it.

Lacey, wow! Three days worth of broccoli! I usually eat all the broccoli first and then savor the spicy tofu all in one sitting
