Lunch was the Roasted Vegetable Salad - Roasted Artichoke Hearts, Asparagus, Peppers, Corn and Sun-Dried Tomatoes on Romaine lettuce with Avocados. Fat-Free Balsamic Vinaigrette subbed for Dijon $13.25 from California Pizza Kitchen. My CPK food pics never turn out, but on the plus side, the Roasted Artichokes were especially delicious.
Cookie Dough Ice Cream for dessert.
On the Rum tonight.

Ooooh I love the roasted veggie salad from CPK! I've eaten there all of three times in my life but that's what I've gotten every time!
