WFH Wednesday

Lunch was Tofutti Cream Cheese and Olives on a toasted Wegman's Pumpernickel Bagel...
Dinner was Morningstar Grillers and Roasted Cauliflower.
Dessert was Chocolate Hazelnut Coconut Bliss on a slice of old cake. The Coconut Bliss is definitely growing on me, it's quite luscious and what not. My Whole Foods only has a few flavors -- Chocolate, Vanilla, Mint, Coconut & Hazelnut Chocolate -- but I can now see buying this ice cream again....if it goes on sale...
Lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon...

You have to try the Purely Decadent Coconut Milk based peanut butter swirl kind (you may have already had it). That stuff is AMAZING! I agree on the price though, so expensive for such a small carton. :(

Hey, that cake still looks good to me! But, it wouldn't have lasted that long with all the wolves I've got ready to gobble it down. BTW, I've answered your q back at my pad.

Hello, Ladies!!! I'm really groovin' on the cake & ice cream. No wonder people have it on their birthdays. I intend to make it my business to investigate more coconut milk items.
