Lunch was at Obrigado Restaurant. They don't have any vegan entrees, so, after calling ahead, they made a special Veggie Pasta dish just for me. The Spaghetti was tossed with Zucchini, Chickpeas, Carrots, Basil, Tomatoes, Capers, tons of Garlic and lots of spices. They did a great job for $8.95.
Dinner was Okara Burgers with Tater Tots.
Dessert was more leftover cake.
Lots of Alice White Cabernet Sauvignon.
