Sweaty Sunday

Lunch was at Obrigado Restaurant. They don't have any vegan entrees, so, after calling ahead, they made a special Veggie Pasta dish just for me. The Spaghetti was tossed with Zucchini, Chickpeas, Carrots, Basil, Tomatoes, Capers, tons of Garlic and lots of spices. They did a great job for $8.95.
Dinner was Okara Burgers with Tater Tots.
Dessert was more leftover cake.
Lots of Alice White Cabernet Sauvignon.

Yummy looking spaghetti. I haven't had that in forever! You love them tots huh? I just had some the other day, but I try not to keep um in the house because my husband is diabetic and isn't suppose to have um :)

That pasta looks too good. I havent thought about call places a head of time but Im noticing that a lot of people are ok with it. How do they usually react when you call?

I need more tater tots in my life. I can't even remember the last time I ate a tot. Isn't that sad? I need to fix that pronto.

Hello, Ladies!

I do love the tots. I remember them being requested for childhood birthday dinners along w/hot dogs;-(.

Carissa, I'm sorry to hear about your hubby being unable to eat tots. I guess they're too processed?

Jessica, I didn't call the restaurant, my MIL did, but it worked out really well this time. I don't even recall ever doing so myself.

Everyone is amazed by the tater tots! I need some, too. The last time I bought tots, I got the store brand and they weren't good. A waste!
