A Non-Disgusting Food Day

Lunch was a Veggie Wrap from Whole Foods with a side of salad bar fixin's -- Hearts of Palm, Mushrooms & Bean Mix...
Dinner was two Smart Dogs on a slice of Ezekiel Toast with Tots on the side.
Dessert was a slice of Cherry Pie...
Whole Foods sells Apple, Cherry or Blueberry vegan pies for $6.99. For some reason I chose Cherry.
Lots of Black Swan Merlot.

What you fail to mention is whether the cherry pie you chose was delicious or not!

Non-disgusting....I think that is what is known as damning with faint praise.

That wrap looks really tasty. I love hearts of palm too, they are so yum.

You remind me that I haven't had a veggie dog in ages.

Haha, I love your title.

Cherry pie is the best pie, I say!

Do you live or work right next to Wholefoods?

Looks like you hit the jackpot on this day! I love veggie dogs. And, sharing is caring, so I'll take some cherry pie please. ;)

Hello, Ladies!!!! The pie was pretty good. A non-vegan one might be better. Maybe I will heat up the slice first next time.

Michelle, I plan to spend the 4th thinking about and eating food. Maybe you'll find time to update your blog during the long weekend?????

Carissa, I work next to Whole Foods. I try, but it's hard to find a better lunch at any of the nearby chains.
