Tuna and Tostadas

Lunch Asmar's Veggie Tuna Salad on an Ezekiel English Muffin with Fritos on the side.
Dinner was Tostadas with the Hot Sauce that Stacy said to buy, which was excellent.
A dollop of cooling Sour Supreme combined with the Shredded Lettuce and Hot Sauce really hit the spot. (The corn on the side was inspired by Zoa).
Then I had a cup of Pistachios...
Lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.
