A Tofurky & Gardein Day

Lunch was a Tofurky Sandwich with Veganaisse and Tomato on toasted Ezekiel Bread. Route 11 BBQ Chips on the side.
Dinner was Gardein Tenders, with Baked Potato & Sour Supreme, Steamed Chard.
Dessert was a TBS of WF's Creamy PB and some Chocolate Chips.
Lots of Black Swan Cabernet Sauvignon.

I really like Gardein! Our local grocery store has all of their products on sale so I stocked up.

Can't ever go wrong with Tofurky. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
