Salad, Pasta & Muffins

Lunch was off the Whole Food's Salad Bar...
Dinner was Mr. SV's Spaghetti with TJ's Meatless Meatballs....
Dessert was a couple of the burnt, dry Blueberry Muffins I made this past weekend.
Lots of Alice White Cabernet Sauvignon...

SV, one of the reasons I love your blog is that you show how you can follow a vegan diet every day, and it doesn't have to be a big effin' deal. Those burnt-ass muffins look like something I would make.
