Salad and Scramble

Lunch was off the salad bar Whole Food's...
Dinner was Tofu Scramble with Hash Browns and Tofurky Italian Sausage.
Lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.

I have to say: That is THE BEST line of ice cream! The plain coconut flavor is my favorite. SO GOOD. I actually plan to never purchase any other kinds of store-bought ice cream again.

Sometimes breakfast for dinner just hits the spot (and vice versa). Your scrambles always look really tasty and perfectly browned.

Hello, Ladies!

I have to say, I have been doing very well lately in the eats arena. The Coconut Cookie Dough Ice Cream is phenomenal. While I love the Dulce De Leche Soy Ice Cream, it's gonna be tough to pick anything other than the coconut from now on.
