Lunch was a Veggie Wrap from Whole Food's with Hearts of Palm and Artichokes on the side.
Dinner was a Chesapeake Tempeh Cake and Zucchini Pancakes with Sour Supreme.
The Zucchini Pancakes were so tasty, I ate three more after this and then didn't have room for dessert. I did, however, have room for lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.

Good for you! Always make room for vino, I say.
I was at WF today for lunch, and was so dissappointed that they didn't have any hearts of palm in their salad bar...that wrap looks great, so does dinner.
Oh wow! GREAT food day!
Those zucchini pancakes do look good. I've tried to make them once and they were too watery -- I figured the recipe wasn't serious when it said to squeeze the shredded zucchini!
Zucchini pancakes look so good!
well aren't you going to tell us how to make them?!
Must. Try. Zucchini. Pancakes.
lol lots of room for wine? (
lol Jessica)
Hello, Ladies!
I do love my vino.
Rose, my WFs didn't have Hearts of Palm today either;-(
The Zucchini Pancakes are the veganized recipe #16702 on food.com. Dunno what happened to Recipezaar?
I love hearts of palm.
