Lunch was a Veggie Wrap and bowl of Split Pea Soup from Whole Foods. Both were so delicious that I was literally sad when this lunch ended.
Dinner was Smart Dogs and Tater Tots.Ever since Carissa's post, Coconut Bliss has been preying on my mind. It was .50 off today -- only $5.49/pint! Woohoo! I chose Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge and while it was as fudgy and creamy as could be, my taste buds could not detect the reason for the exorbitant price.
A bottle of Harthill Farms Cabernet Sauvignon was also enjoyed. $4.99 but at least it had a cork.

I agree- I had the Coconut Bliss last time I was in the good ol' US of A (can't remember the flavor but it had cherries in it) and was underwhelmed.
Looks like a yummy way to celebrate Friday.
If you ever try the Coconut Bliss again, I recommend the Pineapple-Coconut flavor...maybe it's because it's more in keeping with the essence of the ingredients, but in my opinion it is food of the Gods.
I was also disappointed by that flavor of Coconut Bliss. However, it is quickly improved when you mix it with their Cappucino flavor. Seriously, give it a try.
I love coconut bliss ice cream. Try grilling some halved peaches combine a little earth balance and brown sugar in a bowl and mix, toss the peach halves in the mixture to coat, grill until it has slight grill marks, and then top it with a scoop of the vanilla coconut bliss. So good! I love ti. Use a slightly firmer peach for it so it holds up when grilled. :)
haha, theres a quick recipe for ya!
Sorry, I meant to toss the peaches in the mixture and THEN grill...
i kinda like smartdogs, they are pretty good, i like the ingredient list...there isnt much there:).
"i was sad when this lunch ended" haha how cute...i feel ya
i immediately went to go see who tough titties was
Hello, Ladies!!! So the Coconut Bliss....
Stacy was underwhelmed
Rose thinks it's the food of the Gods
'Tough Titties' ?! says to try the Cappucino
Morgan says to grill peaches and top w/Vanilla
If it is still on sale next week, I'll see if other flavors are available. However, if I can buy a pint of Rice Dream Mud Pie for $3.49, it's a much better value for the same amount of 'bliss'.
and
Michelle, I do not know who 'Tough Titties' is, but it's a pretty interesting name for a blog.
I was wondering who "tough titties" was as well...
