Dinner was Kamut Spaghetti tossed with Road's End Organic Gravy, sauteed Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Crumbled Breakfast Sausage.
Today I had a bit of an icing disaster. I used this mix to bake a cake, which was very delicious (the frosting mix that accompanies it is not vegan)...
and tried to make a Blueberry Frosting which was a huge mess. I couldn't cover the mess with Coconut, cuz then Mr. SV wouldn't eat any (which works out really well when it comes to the Coconut Ice Cream), so I used crushed Graham Crackers to conceal and beautify.

oh wow you MADE that cake! i saw it in later posts and had no idea that it was homemade, it looks so professional with the layers. i thought it was coffee cake with a crumble topping.
