Lunch was Cheddar Daiya and Tomato Quesadillas with Avocado and Salsa Verde. Made with Whole Food's Organic Tortillas.
Dinner was yet more of the Magical Loaf I made over the weekend (this loaf recipe certainly was economical. There's still a piece left!) with TJ's Teeny Tiny Potatoes and Sour Supreme.Lots of Frontera Malbec. See you tomorrow!
