A Predominantly Whole Foods Day

Today's Seitan Panini from Whole Foods was super stuffed and every bite crunchy and chewy and sweet and fabulous. How do they do it???
Dinner was Gardein Chick'n Scallopini and Kamut (again from WF's) and Roasted Asparagus on the side.TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips for dessert....
More Alice White Merlot...See you tomorrow!

Happy Whole Foods day! I wonder how they decide whether or not to make a stuffed panini or a skinny one? You should memorize the person who stuffs them and ask them to make them!

Hello Ladies!

Michelle, you are totally the pb w/chips on top type if there ever was one. I just toss the Asparagus w/EVOO, Salt & Pepper, roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins.

Amanda, every Whole Foods has their own stuff. I guess I just got lucky that the current prepared foods manager at my store came up with the vegan panini.

Blessed Mama, I've got every employee in the store memorized. Unfortunately, the sandwiches are pre-made in the back;-(
