The 'Tofu Reuben' $7 from The Randy Radish for dinner. Baked Tofu is marinated in Veggie Broth and Spices to take on a Corned Beef flavor. The Tofu is topped with house-made artisan Vegan Swiss, Sauerkraut and their own Smokey Reuben Dressing. Served on fresh-baked toasted Marble Rye...

Half a piece of their 'Fudgy Brownie Cake' $4 for dessert. Crisp outside, chewy inside and loaded with Chocolately goodness. Topped with Rice Whip. Extremely rich. 

I'm really impressed with myself lately, I gotta say.

I did great on the food today, if I must say so myself. Everything was fantastic.

Kashi Berry Fruitful Cereal with WF's Flaxseed Milk for breakfast...

My other Tempeh Reuben from Black Bear Bistro for lunch. It held up perfectly fine overnight. Didn't get soggy in the least...

Boca Burgers with CSA Tomatoes and Potatoes for dinner...

In celebration of her mysterious swelling finally subsiding, a Blessed Mama Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie for dessert.

Sunday, August 25th

The Atlantic Ocean this morning. I drove to the Eastern Shore to visit my mother while she's staying at the beach...

A raw lunch was enjoyed at My Nature in Ocean City, Maryland....

We each got the 'Sampler Platter' $13 which included a Veggie Patty, a 'Bagel' with Sauerkraut, Celery Salad and Salad Bar. Very good food...

En route back home, I kept pace with a Safari Airstream for a while on Route 50...

While I was traveling, Mr. SVegetarian was out and about on his motorcycle. He stopped at Black Bear Bistro and brought me back two Tempeh Reubens. The first one for dinner tonight was outstanding. There were also Fries, but they were in the oven when I took the pic...

Extremely stuffed, so no dessert. WFH grub tomorrow (including the other Reuben).

Saturday, August 24th

'Tofu Scramble' $9.95 at Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast. I checked both LPQ Cookbooks on display and the recipe for this or any other Tofu Scramble wasn't in either one. Beautiful books though.

Lunch was off the WF's Salad Bar: 'Corn & Avocado Salad' (basically Guac and Corn) and 'Kale Salad with Garlicky Dressing' (because it reminded me of Ingrid)...

WF's Sesame Grilled Tofu with Roasted CSA Tomatoes and Squash for dinner...

PPK Marbled Banana Bread for dessert. The below swirl might be the greatest thing I've ever done in my life. I suppose it's all downhill after this...

Cascadian Farm Wheat Squares with TJ's Almond Milk for breakfast. This cereal was disappointing.  It was no Chex. Hopefully, the crows will deign to eat it....

Tried to create a fancy plate of Avocado, CSA Tomato, Balsamic Vinegar and Grapeseed Oil for my lunch. It didn't come out as prettily as I'd planned but tasted good and I felt healthy after eating it....

Dinner was Tofu and Cashew Nuts $12 from Faang...

Peanut Butter Zig Zag for dessert...

Last night I began craving this new Kashi Berry Fruitful Cereal. Couldn't wait to have it again for breakfast. Guess I'm now hooked...
